Competitive Edge Communications was started by David and Wendy Rones in 1996 to help distributors educate their clients on the benefits of using promotional products. They realized distributors needed an inexpensive way to communicate the benefits of using incentives, rewards, sales promotions, safety programs, etc. Since most people don’t have the time to write their own newsletter, The Promotional Times was created to fill the need. Since then, over 1,000 companies have successfully grown their business by using this newsletter.
In the summer of 2010, Competitive Edge Communications became an LLC with new ownership. Being in the Printing industry for over 30 years, Bill and Jill Buckler decided to explore the publishing world by taking on the task of owning The Promotional Times newsletter. While still providing the same level of knowledge and professionalism the previous owners possessed, the two have the same vision that this marketing strategy really works.
Still located in the heart of Marietta, Georgia; Competitive Edge Communications, LLC has kept their promise by providing our Distributors with the most accurate and up to date articles, while featuring the most current promotional products in the industry. We believe that educating the consumer on how promotional products can help their business will allow them to understand the importance of how it can generate business.
